LoCali, (Local kid from California). is an Unsigned/Upcoming Rapper from California; however, he's not the everyday "Get money, Get hoes" kind of rapper. There's a purpose and a meaning behind his strive to become a known-artist, which he believes the game is missing these days.
The meaning behind his strive is Heather, a girl who he was very very close to that passed away last year. From that day on he has made everything he does for her. He promised her he would go somewhere and get his music played everywhere so it can reach heaven for her to hear.
